剧情：

　　人類愛自己的父母、子女是出諸天性，夫妻之愛是因為彼此間有情感，友朋之間的愛是因為大家互助。但天地間還有著一種更偉大的愛－－博愛，以愛己之心去愛別人。《愛的教育》由夏丏尊翻譯的意大利同名小說改編，故事中林翠替當小學教員的父親（王引）到學校代課，從非常憎厭頑皮搗蛋的小學生，到決定繼承父志的過程中，悟出怎樣從教育工作中教育自己的道理，明白了一個好的教師，要以自己的愛心去感化學生，教育學生將來也能以愛對人。本片是林翠當年在結婚產子後復出的第一部作品，她飾演高中剛畢業的林靜儀，無論外型、舉止、相貌、神態，依然充滿少女味道，無怪她擁有「學生情人」之美譽。老戲骨王引擅演慈父，與林翠父女情深的場面十分感人；幾位小童星表現不俗，特別值得留意的是個叫「朱元龍」的童星，他在片中飾演品學兼優、沉默內向的小學生，令人眼前一亮。他並非別人，正是日後的巨星「大哥大」洪金寶详情请观看视频，　　Based on the famous Italian novel Cuore by Edmondo De Amicis , Education of Love pays tribute to all elementary school teachers who quietly devote themselves to the financially-unrewarding task of educating the children of today to become upright citizens of tomorrow. Jeanette Lin Cui, fondly nicknamed the "Student Darling" by her fans, plays a young woman who replaces her bedridden father as an elementary school teacher. At first she abhors both teaching and children, but manages to change her mind when she learns more about the story of her students and how much her father has devoted to his career, which causes her ultimately to follow in her father's footsteps.
